Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 2024

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TinyWorld Park facilities, programs, workshops, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, parents, guardians, and participants engaging with our miniature world entertainment park, interactive exhibits, and educational programs. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our facilities or services.

TinyWorld Park reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our facilities following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage visitors to review these terms periodically to stay informed about our policies and procedures.

2. Facility Access and Usage

Access to TinyWorld Park is subject to our operating hours, capacity limitations, and special event schedules. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who violates park rules, behaves inappropriately, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others. All visitors must comply with posted signage, staff instructions, and safety guidelines throughout the facility.

Interactive exhibits and play zones are designed for specific age groups. Parents and guardians must ensure children participate only in age-appropriate activities. Supervision requirements vary by zone, and designated adult supervision is mandatory in certain areas as indicated by park signage and staff instructions.

TinyWorld Park maintains the right to temporarily close exhibits, workshops, or entire sections for maintenance, safety concerns, or special events. No refunds or compensation will be provided for temporarily unavailable facilities or experiences during normal operations.

3. Safety and Supervision

Child safety is our paramount concern. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times unless participating in specifically designated supervised programs or workshops. While our staff monitors play areas and maintains safe environments, ultimate responsibility for child welfare remains with accompanying adults.

All visitors must follow safety protocols including proper use of equipment, adherence to capacity limits in play zones, and compliance with health and hygiene standards. Running, rough play, or behavior that endangers others is prohibited. Visitors must report any injuries, hazards, or safety concerns to staff immediately.

TinyWorld Park employs trained facilitators and maintains equipment according to Australian safety standards. However, participation in physical activities and interactive exhibits carries inherent risks. By using our facilities, you acknowledge these risks and agree that participation is voluntary.

4. Educational Programs and Workshops

Registration for workshops, educational programs, and special events constitutes agreement to program-specific terms and requirements. Participants must meet age, skill level, or other eligibility criteria as specified for each program. TinyWorld Park reserves the right to reassign participants to more suitable programs or request withdrawal if safety or educational concerns arise.

Program schedules, content, and facilitators are subject to change based on operational needs, enrollment levels, or unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered participants of significant changes. Substitutions of similar educational value may be implemented without prior notice.

Materials, supplies, and equipment provided during workshops remain property of TinyWorld Park unless explicitly stated otherwise. Completed projects and creations may be taken home by participants where applicable. Photography or recording of workshop sessions may occur for educational and promotional purposes unless parents opt out in writing.

5. Behavioral Expectations

TinyWorld Park is a family-friendly environment dedicated to imaginative play, educational discovery, and positive experiences. All visitors must treat staff, other guests, and park property with respect. Inappropriate language, aggressive behavior, bullying, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the facility.

Visitors must respect miniature exhibits, interactive displays, and all park property. Intentional damage, vandalism, or misuse of facilities may result in liability for repair or replacement costs in addition to removal from the park and potential legal action. Children found damaging property will result in parental or guardian responsibility for costs incurred.

Photography and videography for personal use is permitted in designated areas only. Commercial photography, filming for promotional purposes, or content creation for public distribution requires advance written permission from park management. Privacy of other visitors, particularly children, must be respected at all times.

6. Health and Hygiene Requirements

For the health and safety of all visitors, individuals showing symptoms of contagious illness should not visit TinyWorld Park. We reserve the right to deny entry or request departure of anyone exhibiting obvious symptoms of illness. This policy protects vulnerable visitors and maintains a healthy environment for all participants.

Hand sanitizing stations are provided throughout the facility, and visitors are encouraged to practice good hygiene. Parents must ensure children are appropriately dressed for active play and have necessary supplies such as diapers, wipes, or medications. TinyWorld Park is not responsible for providing personal care items.

Food allergies, medical conditions, or special needs should be communicated to staff upon arrival or during program registration. While we make reasonable accommodations, TinyWorld Park cannot guarantee allergen-free environments in all areas. Parents and guardians remain responsible for managing children's medical needs and dietary restrictions.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Visitors use TinyWorld Park facilities at their own risk. While we maintain safe environments and follow all applicable Australian safety standards, we cannot eliminate all risks inherent in physical play and interactive activities. By entering the facility, you acknowledge these risks and assume responsibility for any injuries or losses that may occur.

TinyWorld Park, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from visitor use of facilities, participation in programs, or interactions with exhibits except where caused by proven negligence on our part. This limitation applies to personal injury, property damage, or any other losses incurred during visits.

Visitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless TinyWorld Park from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of facilities, violation of these terms, or actions of children under their supervision. This indemnification includes legal fees and costs associated with defending against such claims.

8. Lost and Found Property

TinyWorld Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Visitors should secure valuables and supervise personal belongings at all times. Lost items may be turned in to our administrative office, where reasonable efforts will be made to store items for a limited period. Unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of after thirty days.

Valuable items found on park premises will be logged and stored securely. Owners claiming lost property must provide adequate description and proof of ownership. TinyWorld Park reserves the right to verify ownership before releasing items and is not liable for any damage to stored property during the holding period.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

Information collected during registration, program enrollment, or facility use is subject to our Privacy Policy, which should be read in conjunction with these Terms of Service. We collect only necessary information to provide services, ensure safety, and improve visitor experiences. All data is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws and regulations.

Visitors consent to reasonable monitoring through security cameras positioned throughout public areas of the facility for safety and security purposes. This surveillance protects visitors, prevents theft or vandalism, and assists in emergency response. Footage is retained according to legal requirements and internal security policies.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, exhibits, educational materials, branding, and creative elements within TinyWorld Park are protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to TinyWorld Park. Visitors may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any park content, materials, or designs without express written permission.

The TinyWorld Park name, logo, and associated branding elements are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks for any purpose is prohibited and may result in legal action. This protection extends to all visual elements, marketing materials, and distinctive features of our miniature world theme and design.

11. Prohibited Items and Activities

For safety reasons, certain items are prohibited within TinyWorld Park including weapons of any kind, illegal substances, alcohol, outside food or beverages in designated areas, and any items deemed hazardous by staff. Bags may be subject to inspection upon entry. Prohibited items must be returned to vehicles or secured in provided lockers where available.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout all indoor and designated outdoor areas of the facility. Pets and animals, except registered service animals, are not permitted. Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, and similar wheeled devices cannot be used within the park for safety reasons.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your use of TinyWorld Park facilities will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

Visitors waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against TinyWorld Park. Any claims must be brought individually. This provision does not affect statutory rights under Australian consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by agreement.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between visitors and TinyWorld Park regarding use of our facilities and services. These terms supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations whether written or oral.
